My role and work

As an iOS Team Lead (Senior iOS Engineer) at WiredMates, I architected and developed a reusable, storyboard-based UI framework using Swift, UIKit, Auto Layout, IBDesignable, and IBInspectable, introducing a developer-friendly approach to building adaptive interfaces. Designed a baseline scaling system around iPhone X dimensions, enabling engineers to configure responsive layouts visually in Interface Builder without repetitive device-specific UI code. Reduced adaptive screen development time by 70%, from approximately 10 hours to 3 hours, significantly accelerating UI delivery.

Led the integration of Stripe and Apple Pay, designing secure, customized payment flows that overcame third-party SDK limitations while supporting consistent native user experiences. Optimized checkout interactions and payment processing workflows, reducing checkout time by approximately 70%.

Applied SOLID principles, clean architecture practices, modular design, and dependency injection using Swinject to improve code maintainability, testability, and component reuse. Worked with Alamofire, PromisesSwift, Firebase Crashlytics, and reusable service abstractions to support networking, asynchronous operations, diagnostics, and application reliability.

Mentored junior iOS engineers, strengthening team culture, collaboration and shared engineering ownership through clean-code guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Introduced a structured pull request review process and lightweight engineering checklist, improving code review consistency, accountability, and production release quality. The team adopted the review practices within approximately one month.

Designed a Git commit-based architectural documentation convention, capturing technical decisions and implementation rationale directly in version history to improve traceability, knowledge sharing, and onboarding without heavyweight documentation.

Achievements and metrics
